Expired Works Recovery

One of the most common requests we get is for the recovery of old works from expired accounts, or current accounts which have had works deleted.

We do keep backups that are run regularly for the previous year. If your work was older than a year, you may be out of luck.

Uncompressing backups and then hunting through them is a time consuming job. Therefore, we charge $35 per half hour for the service, with that being the minimum charge. As of the writing of this document, we have never charged more than the minimum fee. People have provided accurate dates for the most part.

We provide this service free of charge to current, paid up members of Professional (gold) level once per year.

To do this, we need to know the latest date that your work is likely to be in our system. We will use that date to determine which archive to open and search.
