In The Light

Wonders fill
My eyes tonight
Stars smile at me

On my back
Warm soft grass
Life is easy

To my right
Love of my life
Sky of quiet wonders

Universal truth
Nature lets loose
Passion thunders

The only sounds
Breath on the air
Beauty below

Another day
Our children play
How fast they grow

Satisfaction is ours
Our time is our own
Stress an unknown

Where else could we be
so careless and free
Away, but never alone
