Hello there, Well, I'm Bridget Clark and live in a small(and I mean small) town in Missouri. I'm 16,aka: a junior in High school. I love writing of all types though my passion in life is history. And I'm never at a loss of either since they intertwine alot. There is only one person looking out for us and ALLOWING us to 'LIVE' with depression,etc and that is God, he tests us and well, some pass and some don't. As far as the religious issues go, I'm raising two very good girls...ok Katy is stubborn but has such a good heart. I'm marrying a wonderful man who is taking very good care of all of us, is giving the girls, especially Katy, the kind of male stability that she has never really known before, and she's eating it up! I'm Catholic, always will be and will always love the ritual and comfort it gives me to be at Mass. Ohhhhhhhh, many issues that I don't see eye to eye with the church about and well, probably never will. I want my kids to love being Catholic like I do, but never feel pressured to be involved with the innner-workings if they don't want to. I want them to go to mass, to class, learn about Catholicism etc...but when it comes to Alter Society, serving, reading, etc...I choose not to participate in that aspect and choose to leave it up to the girls if they want to or not. I have a very spiritual side and so does Bridget and that's what I want for Katy...that's what is important to me as a mom. I just never want to be the type of woman that is ''associated' with a church, is active and out-spoken about it, but when it comes to the true meaning of WHY they are there, that is lost in the down-grading and bad thoughts and judgements about others. Oh sure I have people that I'm not very fond of...but if you look closely at them, they are for the most part, very hypocritical. I do my job because I genuinely like helping people, I obviously don't do it for the money. I cannot be judgemental about my patients, their lifestyles or their surroundings. I treat them all with dignity and respect. I TRY not to be hateful, I TRY to be positive and well, I TRY to do the right thing...now the right thing in my book may be TOTALLY different than the next persons book, but well...I try...lol...and, honestly, my book IS pretty darn good!
