Red red rose
Staring from the corner
Dying
As I have removed it’s thorn from my heart
Poison lingering
Causing strange fits of passion
Beautiful evening to follow a cold April morning
Smile
It’s surprising
And I’m suddenly very aware of the darkness
Breeze musses my hair
Tickles my neck with kisses
And I think of you and wonder
What would your lips feel like on my skin?
Imagine your touch
Like a flower over my skin
Like a flower
But like fire when filled with lust
Strange, this feeling for you
After so long, so many years
Of being your friend
But now your spirit returns
Haunting me with hope
Impractical, as you will leave soon and I will be alone
For now I guess I will enjoy you
Ignore the future
Will you spend the here and now with me?
