we
fill our hearts
with words
thoughts
deeds
promises
hopes
dreams
people and places
everything
romantic
reverberating
whispering
with light
from nothing
to full with
everything

until
one
moment

a word
a deed
an action
cracks the vessel
and we spill the contents
fine crystals flowing
from eyes
pens
mouths
actions
running in rushing
a river of regret
ranting
for vindication
validation
and elevation
wanting to
rid the self
of plagues
that fed
ferocious

until
we're hollow
nothing but an echoing
emptiness
and when it's all gone
there is a quiet
a peace of sorts
a space where breath
is a grain of sand
and the dunes
are never ending

then we
blur our vision
and start to fill up
all over again

I felt every word of this... it's as if you were reciting a page from my book of life! You spin magic when you speak from your soul. You always amaze me. Wonderfulness Doe!!!
