(Meant as a duet, can't font tag here, so (f) is female and (m) is male and (t) is together)

(f)You say you're sorry.
(m)You say you're sorry.
(t)What a sorry pair we are.

(m)I fire up like the sun.
(f)I try to shoot down the moon.
(t)Somewhere in the twilight,
(t)We pass in the gloom.
(t)Finding each other,
(t)At home in this room.

(f)I say you're sorry.
(m)I say you're sorry.
(f)I say I'm sorry.
(m)I say I'm sorry.
(t)What a sorry pair we are.

(t)Maybe somewhere there's a middle
(t)In the middle of some star
(t)Where we'd find ourselves passing
(t)But never too far

(t)We'd hold on to the moment
(t)And keep here our peace
(t)Defy expectations
(t)And seek the other's relief

(m)I'm so sorry.
(f)I know that you are.
(f)I'm so sorry
(m)I know that you are.
(t)Oh what a sorry pair we are.

(f)But maybe, baby,
(m)Oh maybe, baby,
(t)Sorry pair that we are
(f)Maybe, (m)baby, (t)we're perfectly paired.

I like it when your works rhyme. This was a nice change
