I looked into the soul of a woman, and saw her future,
Bright and promising,
I looked into the soul of a woman, and saw who she was,
a hard-working woman, ready for the world
I looked into the soul of a woman, and felt her sadness,
for she couldn't get to her future
I looked into the soul of a woman, saw her life
she exuded an aura of sorrow
I looked into the soul of a woman, and saw her family
they missed her terribly
I looked into the soul of a woman, and felt her aura
it told me that she wasn't happy with her decisions
I looked into the soul of a woman, and I felt horrible
for she wouldn't amount to much, despite the talent that she possessed

This reminds me of my mother-in-law. It's sad, but I like the way you wrote it.
