He was just a boy, though it seemed unreal
But his soul was older than his youthful appeal
He talked of rights and war and of peace
And even talk of saving the trees
His spirit soared as if an eagle on high
His mind full of thoughts of golden tie-dyes
He helped the woman to understand
She felt so humbled and held his hand
They talked and walked along a path
They spoke of things that made them laugh
Above all they learned kindness had no age
It isn't ill mannered, or well behaved
It's listening and believing with all your heart
It doesn't matter the age when you start
To show someone that you appreciate them
beginning to end
As a confidant, a shoulder to cry...
A damn good friend
All of these things he has been to me
I am the ship sailing upon his sea
To go beyond the waves no one else will dare
A special person you are
(Joseph)
Your heart, your kindness, your friendship, your soul
You are unique sweet spirit
Your love is rare
Thank you
***This is a dedication ode/ballad to Agana for always being such a great friend, not only to me, but to the kindness he shows everyone else as well***
